Equine Light Therapy and Reguli
Management Co. accept no liabilities for the improper
use of According to "Gospel" Equine Light
Therapy pads. There are no implied or express warranties
or guarantees offered concerning the effectiveness of
Equine Light Therapy pads. The user of Equine Light
Therapy pads understands that many different factors
can cause health concerns in animals and the use of
Equine Light Therapy pads is not guaranteed to solve
or correct any health or injury related issue. Equine
Light Therapy pads are not intended for use on humans.
Covenant Not to Sue and
Waiver.
You hereby agree not to sue, assist in or be a voluntary
party to assist in or be a voluntary party to, except
as required by law, any action, suit, or proceeding
against Equine Light Therapy and Reguli Management Co.
for any claims, actions, suits, damages, liability,
losses or expenses of whatever kind or however arising
out of or relating to your use of their Products. You
further hereby waive any and all rights you may have
to sue, assist in or be a voluntary party to, except
as required by law, any action, suit, or proceeding
against Equine Light Therapy and Reguli Management Co.
for any claims, actions, suits, damages, liability,
losses or expenses of whatever kind or however arising
out of or relating to your use of their Products. You
agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Equine
Light Therapy and Reguli Management Co, its officers,
directors, employees, agents, successor and assigns
from and against any suits losses, claims, demands,
liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable
attorneys' fees, that they may sustain or incur as a
result of any claim against them based upon your use
of their Products.

Equine Light Therapy is happy to
make available to you links to other sites on the World
Wide Web. Equine Light Therapy believes the links contained
on its pages are to reputable companies. Nevertheless,
Equine Light Therapy makes no representations or warranties
regarding non-Equine Light Therapy sites or the companies
maintaining them. Equine Light Therapy does not control
or monitor such Web sites and Equine Light Therapy does
not endorse the content or the use of such Web sites.
If you choose to access non-Equine Light Therapy Web
sites through links on our pages, you accept responsibility
for all related risks.
Warranty
We offer a 6 month warranty
on all Equine Light Therapy pads. We test each
pad to ensure it's reliability, but if you have a problem,
contact us immediately and we will replace your Equine
Light Therapy pad. This warranty does not cover pads
that have been stepped on by a horse or not properly
used. If you do have an accident with your Equine Light
Therapy pad, don't panic! Contact us and we will have
it repaired for you as economically as possible. The
pad will have to be examined by our manufacturer to
determine the cost, but the cost is usually about $35.00
plus shipping. This refers to any pad purchased after
March 7, 2008.
Need to Return a product?
No product may be returned if
it has been used on an animal unless product is defective.
To return a product to Equine Light Therapy, you'll
need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number. This can be done by contacting our service department
at questions@equinelighttherapy.com
or by telephone. Please contact us before returning
the pad.

-Customer name
-Invoice number
-Nature of the problem
In general, Equine Light Therapy accepts returns on
unused merchandise within
30 days of
purchase. However, Equine Light Therapy reserves the
right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from
the invoice date. No product may be returned if it has
been used on an animal unless it is defective. Product
must be in original packaging and be fit for resale.
